Based on material declarations and supporting documentation obtained from our suppliers, APW Company declares that, to the best of its knowledge, the products identified below comply with the substance restrictions of Directive 2011/65/EU as amended by Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863.

This declaration is made on the following basis:

•     Our suppliers have confirmed the compliance status of the materials and components they supply to us.

•     We retain the documentation supporting those confirmations.

•     APW Company does not perform analytical testing of materials. This declaration reflects information provided by our supply chain and is not based on independent verification by APW Company.

Supplier confirmation of compliance is given either because the restricted substances are not present above the permitted maximum concentration values, or because their removal is not technically practicable and the application is covered by an exemption listed in Annex III or Annex IV to the Directive.

Maximum concentration values by weight in homogeneous materials:

Under REACH, APW Company supplies articles. We do not manufacture or supply substances on their own or in mixtures, and our articles are not intended to release substances under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use. On that basis we foresee no registration or notification obligation arising from the products we supply, unless the customer’s own design or specified materials introduce substances or mixtures within the scope of the Regulation.

Based on material declarations obtained from our approved suppliers, the products identified below are not known to contain Substances of Very High Concern from the ECHA Candidate List at concentrations above 0.1% by weight. As with the RoHS declaration above, this statement reflects supplier-provided information and is not based on analytical testing by APW Company.

The ECHA Candidate List is updated periodically. In accordance with Article 33 of the Regulation, APW Company will provide available information on Candidate List substances present above 0.1% w/w in supplied articles upon request. The current Candidate List is published by the European Chemicals Agency and is available on the ECHA website.
